We are looking for a Finance & Administration specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Oulu.

Finance & Administration Specialist
Full‑time · On‑site

JOT Automation is seeking a motivated, development‑oriented Finance & Administration Specialist to join our global finance team. This permanent, on‑site role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to be part of a team that is modernizing and automating processes.

Why This Role Matters
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations—managing accounts payable and travel processes, contributing to statutory reporting, and supporting our transition to modern cloud‑based tools. As automation increases, your role will grow with you.

What You Will Do

  • Handle accounts payable, travel invoices, and expense claims

  • Manage Intrastat and VAT reporting

  • Support general office administration

  • Participate in our ongoing IFS Cloud ERP implementation

  • Contribute to automating routine transactional work alongside our international finance team

  • Expand your responsibilities based on your skills, interests, and eagerness to learn

  • Experience with payroll processing is considered an advantage.

What We Expect

  • Suitable education, e.g. degree from a business college or higher education

  • Strong willingness to learn new tools and processes

  • Excellent English skills

Tools & Systems
You will work with the IFS ERP system, currently transitioning to IFS Cloud, and a cloud‑based platform for travel and expense processing. This gives you the opportunity to learn new solutions and take part in adopting modern system capabilities.
