Juha Lampela (M.Sc., Telecoms & Computer Science) has been appointed as JOT Automation Ltd.’s new CEO starting December 1, 2018. Juha has previously worked with JOT Automation as Director, Custom Automation Business Unit.
Juha Lampela has long and versatile experience in high-tech industry and international markets. Before starting with JOT in 2017, he managed multiple high-tech start-up companies as CEO, and before that, he held various leading positions with Nokia smartphone business.
“We believe that Juha's experience in business management together with his commercial and technical expertise provides excellent continuity for the leadership to implement JOT's international growth strategy. JOT is integral part of Victory Precision Group’s Intelligent Manufacturing business and it has Group’s full support to grow to become one of the leading companies in production and test automation market.
