With new manufactured product generation, or a totally new product, the assembly process modifications are easy by changing the process- or product-specific parts as required. By changing the process-specific parts you're able to use the platform for different kinds of feeding, insertion or connecting processes. With a change of product-specific parts, the same platform can be used for the assembly of a new product. If your manufacturing volumes are changing, a single cell with a manual material handling module can easily be built up to a fully automated assembly line by adding new cells and automated material handling modules to the line.
