The merger of JOT Automation and Master Automation Group has been completed

JOT Automation Ltd. and Master Automation Group Ltd. have completed the merger on 31.12.2011.
Company name will be JOT Automation Ltd.
With this merger JOT Automation Ltd. will strengthen its business and increase solution providing for a larger customer base.
All duties and responsibilities will remain unchanged.
JOT Automation Ltd. company ID is : 1526304-9 and VAT-number is: FI15263049.
Also to execute the new JOT Automation Ltd.`s growth strategy, Mika Kettula has been appointed as CEO starting from 1 January 2012.
