Cost efficient JOT Automation Off-line Screw Inserting Cell offers high capacity with capability to handle complex screw pattern.

It is designed to be adaptive to minimize the product changeover time. Need for mechanical adjustments and changing parts is minimized.

Robot Cell Controlling Software is built to handle unlimited amount of product programs with individual configurations. New product can be taught off-line where operator can show screw insertion points in correct order to create a NC file for robot.
